Our plant-based meat and seafood products – beef, pork, chicken, and fish – are made from textured vegetable protein (TVP) developed using our proprietary technology, O-SM (Ochiai Sprouting Method).This technology brings out the natural taste of ingredients through germination and delivers a texture remarkably close to that of animal-based meat and seafood.

Our TVP uses high-oleic soybeans as raw materials, which contain fewer off-flavor compounds specific to soybeans.Through our germination technology, we draw out the natural umami and nutritional components inherent in soybeans, then process the sprouted soybeans using our proprietary methods to achieve elasticity and fibrousness close to that of real meat and seafood. Our hybrid approach, which blends animal-based meat or seafood with our plant-based TVP, delivers better taste and cleaner labels.
