Our TVP uses high-oleic soybeans as raw materials, which contain fewer off-flavor compounds specific to soybeans.Through our germination technology, we draw out the natural umami and nutritional components inherent in soybeans, then process the sprouted soybeans using our proprietary methods to achieve elasticity and fibrousness close to that of real meat and seafood. Our hybrid approach, which blends animal-based meat or seafood with our plant-based TVP, delivers better taste and cleaner labels.
