Taking Our Germination Technology and Expertise to the World.

Our germination technology is also gaining attention in the field of food innovation worldwide. We have established the “EU Sprouted Foodtech Lab” in the Netherlands, often referred to as “Food Valley of the world”, and are promoting the global expansion of the Ochiai Sprouting Method (O-SM) through partnerships with global companies, including NIZO Food Research.

At our research lab in the Netherlands, we are engaged in exploring protein resources from sprouted grains, conducting scientific analyses of their nutritional functions, and improving texture. Our proprietary germination method enhances digestibility and brings out both the nutritional value and flavor of grains.
