Ochiai Sprouting Method

This is the original sketch by the inventor, Mr. Ochiai, illustrating the concept of the structure and control sequence of the first germination tank. It was conceived to precisely control the germination of 100 kilograms of seeds—a scale considered impossible at the time (Patent No.5722518, No. 5795676).

    Plant-based meat and seafood

    Our plant-based meat (beef, pork and chicken) and plant-based seafood are made using whole sprouted soybeans or whole sprouted yellow peas. A key feature is the meat-like particle texture and fibrousness achieved through our proprietary technology.
